Technical issues

My Pottery is careful and professional in handling /firing/storing precipitant’s work, however the nature of clay work/ceramics and the processes of glazing/firing can be unpredictable, technical failures can occur for which trained staff cannot be held responsible.

Collecting fired ceramics

Participants will be emailed when their work has been fired, approx. 4 weeks after completion of their items (although this may vary depending on firing schedule)

Attendees are asked to be as prompt as possible in their collection, to avoid the storage area getting overcrowded thus cutting risk of damage to finished work.

If work remains uncollected after 4 weeks My Pottery Ltd. reserves the right to dispose of it.
